You will own priorities, manage calendars and travel, draft executive documents, and lead cross-functional initiatives, events, and reporting, requiring outstanding communication and organizational skills and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as Strategic Support Specialist or in a similar role supporting top leadership.
Strong business fluency and a proactive desire to master our operations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in event planning and project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Managing Director to strategically manage priorities, scheduling, and travel.
Prepare executive-level correspondence and strategic presentations.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and multi-stakeholder projects.
Plan and execute company events and meetings with the Office Experience Team.
Provide high-level administrative support and reporting to leadership.
