Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or Operations Specialist (ideally US-based).
• Willing to work US Eastern Standard Time hours for real-time overlap with US operations.
• Remote role; open to candidates in the Philippines and other offshore locations.
• Native-level or fluent English with exceptional written communication.
• High autonomy—able to create structure, set priorities, and execute with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable SOPs, documentation, and data-driven workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to translate project intents into concrete steps.
• Clear, structured communicator who drives projects to completion.

Aufgaben

• Triage incoming candidates, maintain recruitment tracking systems, and draft outreach communications.
• Manage CRM data (HubSpot), draft sales outreach, prep materials, and extract call insights.
• Coordinate onboarding workflows, clinician rosters, user interviews, and workshops; track project timelines.
• Maintain end-to-end product knowledge, triage issues, manage support tickets, and author SOPs/training docs.
• Support with research, product ops, domain/email setups, and self-serve revenue operations.
