Job summary

Liang Chi Industry Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager with a mechanical engineering background to lead the sales team in the Philippines. The role requires traveling for client meetings, site inspections, and potential relocation near the workplace, with training at Head Office in Manila.

You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, foster long-term client relationships, monitor credit and deliveries, and present forecasts to management. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• With a valid driver's license.
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in sales management.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage the sales team.
• Assist sales personnel in making effective business proposals and achieve target sales figures.
• Performance monitoring of sales representation, including timely deliveries and collections.
• Attend commercial & clarification meetings.
• Prepare sales presentations.
• Represent company in various organizations.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base & ensures its strong presence.
• Present sales, projections and prepare realistic forecasts to management.
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative sales solutions.
• Monitor accounts receivables to avoid overdue accounts.
