Qualifications

• College Degree Graduate.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales in Technical products.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly confident, aggressive and self-motivated.
• Creativity, determination, a positive attitude and a pleasing personality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota.
• Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts.
• Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies.
• Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
• Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
• Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch point.
• Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
• Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
