Job summary

CARLCARE SERVICE PH INC. seeks a Marketing Services Procurement Officer to manage procurement for marketing-related services, including KOL/influencer projects, PR, events, and agency services.

You will work with Marketing to define requirements, source and evaluate vendors, and negotiate terms to optimize costs while ensuring compliance. The role combines marketing project understanding with procurement and commercial responsibilities, requiring strong negotiation and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement for marketing services and related categories.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for marketing services including KOL/influencer projects, PR, events and activations, agency services, and media-related services.
• Clarify requirements, scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and commercial needs with Marketing teams.
• Source, evaluate, and manage agencies, suppliers, KOL partners, and other vendors.
• Conduct RFQ/RFP, quotation comparison, supplier evaluation, and commercial analysis.
• Review quotation structures and negotiate pricing, scope, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to support project execution and compliance.
• Monitor project progress, supplier performance, and service quality.
• Maintain supplier information, procurement records, historical pricing, and support benchmark and supplier pool development.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and procurement process improvement.
