Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Marketing procurement experience is highly preferred.
• Experience handling marketing materials, events, printing, or related services is an advantage.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement requirements for marketing collaterals and other assigned categories.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines and specifications.
• Ensure timely processing of purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreed terms.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
