Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in the Philippines seeks a marketing and communications specialist to align global priorities with local plans and campaigns. You will support growth, engagement, and transformation through disciplined execution and effective communications.

The role requires coordinating with regional and global teams, managing multiple deliverables, events, and customer programs while adhering to brand guidelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics including Air and Ocean freight.
• Experience in marketing, corporate communications, sales support or commercial roles.
• Experience running campaigns, events and customer engagement programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital customer platforms; ability to translate data into actions.
• Comfort working in a matrix organization with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with a commercial mindset and detail orientation.
• Experience in freight/logistics industry preferred; knowledge of DHL products is a plus.
• Experience supporting customer accreditation and customer-facing events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the country-level interface between global/regional marketing and DGF PH activities.
• Translates priorities into locally relevant, brand-compliant plans and campaigns.
• Supports growth, engagement and transformation through disciplined execution and communications.
• Provides coordination and after-sales support for customer requirements and digital tools.
• Manages multiple recurring and project-based deliverables with brand, budget and stakeholder requirements.
