Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding (Phils.), Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional to drive HR daily operations, policies, and employee engagement in Metro Manila.

You will guide managers, handle recruitment, documentation, and lifecycle activities while ensuring policy compliance across the organization. The role involves coordinating HR processes, maintaining records, and supporting the HR Manager with surveys, CIF modules, and regional reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 5 years of related HR experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• With background in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and activities.
• Coordinate HR processes across recruitment, employee services, performance management, and L&D.
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
• Administer employment contracts and oversee pre-employment documentation.
• Represent the company in job fairs and maintain applicant databank.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Assist HR Manager in policy reviews and employee surveys.
• Prepare HR regional/local/quality reports.
• Oversee CIF modules and employee engagement programs.
