Our client is expanding its Commercial Team and is seeking a driven, commercially minded Sales Manager to grow revenue by winning new customers and developing existing accounts. The role covers Project Logistics and Contract Logistics, including freight forwarding, with a hands-on, new-business focus.

You will build a strong pipeline, convert opportunities, and work closely with operations to deliver on customer needs. A proven sales track record and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, freight forwarding preferred.
• Proven sales record with prospecting, presentation and closing skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-directed, target-driven with ability to work independently and with teams.
• Hands-on mindset and interest in growing with the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new customers and growth opportunities.
• Build trusted client relationships and support satisfaction.
• Develop proposals and respond to enquiries through to close.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to align solutions with customer needs.
• Contribute to sales planning with market insights.
• Track sales activity and support timely payments.
• Engage in operational matters when needed.
