Job summary

Welink Global Forwarding and Logistics Inc. is seeking a proactive sales professional to develop and maintain client accounts and build strong business relationships in a Manila-based role.

You will identify new opportunities, promote freight forwarding and logistics services, and prepare quotations and proposals for prospective clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics services is an advantage.
• Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented and able to meet sales targets.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Willing to conduct client visits and perform field sales activities.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client accounts and business relationships.
• Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
• Promote freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate sales records.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate logistics solutions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, Customs, and other teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare sales reports and updates for Management.
• Participate in client meetings, field sales activities, and industry events.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
