Job summary

Worldwide Logistics Philippines Solutions Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Executive to expand our presence in Metro Manila and nearby regions. You will identify opportunities, acquire new customers, and build a robust pipeline while coordinating with Operations for seamless delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of sales or freight forwarding experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or freight forwarding.
• Experience in international freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Acquire new customers, especially importers, exporters, manufacturers, and companies requiring international freight forwarding solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve company growth objectives.
• Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and presentations to introduce company services.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and sales opportunities to secure new business.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, customer visit reports, and pipeline updates.
