Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil is seeking a Commercial Manager for Fieldwork across North and South Manila. The role reports to the Commercial Manager and focuses on developing client relationships and expanding account growth within the isotank/logistics sector.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business or logistics with 2–3 years in sales/account management, and experience in logistics services or freight forwarding. Direct hire, on-site role in Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or related field; master’s degree is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management is preferred.
• Experience in Logistics Services, Project Logistics or Freight Forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Drive account growth through business development and expansion opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries and account-related matters promptly.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and support negotiations.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive activities.
