You will implement service strategies, support policy development, and ensure timely applications, submissions, and renewals across multiple agencies. Responsibilities include developing performance metrics, monitoring compliance, and providing technical guidance to managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in an assistant managerial role with licensing, registration, and accreditation experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities across internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data/document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Take operational ownership of licensing services; ensure resources meet priority issues and quality targets.
• Implement service strategies aligned with guidance from the General Manager.
• Assist policy compliance review and develop monitoring procedures.
• Develop performance management systems and drive continuous service improvement.
• Produce detailed service performance reports and take management action as needed.
• Provide technical licensing advice to managers and the Management.
