Responsibilities

• Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewal of permits and accreditations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and government offices to ensure complete submissions.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of licenses, permits, and correspondences.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines to avoid penalties.
• Provide assistance during inspections, audits, and compliance reviews by government agencies.
• Keep management updated on regulatory changes affecting business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Public Administration, or any related field
• Preferably years of experience in licensing, permits processing, or government liaison work
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements from national agencies and local government units
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with government representatives
• Willingness to travel for permit processing, if required
