City Developments Limited (CDL) is seeking a seasoned Leasing Manager to oversee office lease negotiations and documentation while monitoring performance across properties to maximize rental income and asset value.

You will analyze market trends and collaborate with the operations team to drive occupancy targets and strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance and high standards in every lease. Fluency in English is essential, with a strong, self-motivated approach to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Business/Real Estate/related field.
Minimum 8 years of leasing commercial properties.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Mature, team-oriented and self-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

Negotiate new leases and renewals to meet targets.
Prepare and check lease documents for tenants' execution and renewals.
Produce reports and rental analyses to monitor property performance.
Stay updated on commercial real estate market trends and best practices.
Collaborate with operations to align marketing strategies with leasing goals.
Provide strategic guidance on design, layouts, and ESG features for new developments.
Coach junior team members on leasing strategies and asset management.
Work with GMs and HODs to optimize financial outcomes for assets.
