Job summary

City Developments Limited seeks an Senior Manager to lead end-to-end operational management, technical services, and Capex planning for a Grade A commercial office building. You will ensure safety, efficiency, sustainability, and tenant satisfaction while managing budgets, contractors, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, Capex & asset management, budget control, compliance and safety, stakeholder engagement, and pre/post-TOP planning

Qualifications

Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
Professional certifications such as WSH Officer, Certified Energy Manager, BCA-accredited FM, or PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations including M&E systems, cleaning, security, and maintenance.
Manage Capex planning, budgeting, procurement, and project delivery for capex works.
Prepare operating and capital budgets, monitor variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety and building regulations, and drive sustainability initiatives.
Lead FM team and coordinate with tenants, landlords, and authorities.
Coordinate pre-TOP and post-TOP activities including handover and contractor management.
