Job summary

Trends Group, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Trends Academy’s Learning and Development portfolio in Makati. You will drive product success, manage vendor partnerships, and shape marketing strategies to position offerings effectively in local and global markets.

The role requires collaboration with sales, procurement, and delivery teams to optimize pricing, logistics, and customer value. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, advertising, business administration, or IT-related field.
• 2-4 years IT industry experience; familiarity with Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, PM practices is advantageous.
• 2-3 years procurement/vendor management or supply chain experience highly regarded.
• Strong customer focus with interpersonal and communications skills.
• Experience in category management, procurement strategy and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to analyze and present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for tracking key metrics across a portfolio of IT Learning products and services.
• Serve as expert on Trends Academy Training Services; assist sales in optimizing sales and market presence.
• Coordinate between Sales and Vendor Partners on pricing, scheduling, etc. for partner-delivered offerings.
• Determine product pricing using market research, costs, and volumes.
• Manage vendor partners for course delivery logistics, service fulfillment, and billing.
• Evaluate potential suppliers and monitor performance against SLAs and contracts.
• Communicate with procurement partners to review and revise contracts as needed.
• Balance vendor relationships to achieve agreed commercial outcomes.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote Trends Academy products; align with sales.
