Job summary

Trends Group, Inc. is seeking aLearning & Development professional in Makati to design, deliver, and evaluate employee learning programs.

You will manage course development, instructor preparation, and LMS operations while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet business needs. The role requires at least three years in training/learning and development, with strong communication, planning, and analytics skills, plus familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, Business Administration, HRM, IT or related field; equivalent four- or five-year degree with applicable experience accepted.
• Minimum three years in training facilitation, learning and development, instructional design, consulting, or related fields.
• Knowledge in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management is preferred.
• Experience with LMS, digital learning operations, or training evaluation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and facilitates learning programs aligned with schedules and client needs.
• Maintains instructor qualifications and certifications; prepares and updates courseware and assessments.
• Administers learning-platform activities: enrollment, tracking, documentation, and feedback consolidation.
• Conducts needs analysis, recommends learning solutions, and prepares implementation plans.
• Engages with sales, delivery, and instructors throughout solution development and execution.
• Supports customer engagements from design through post-training evaluation and improvement planning.
