Dyninno / Trevolution in Cebu City is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to craft sustainable learning strategies and lead leadership and employee development in a dynamic, multinational setting.

You will collaborate with Operations and HR to identify capability gaps, build targeted solutions, and measure impact on performance and business results. Strong facilitation and analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related areas.
• 2-3+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Experience in a BPO/contact center or high-volume operations environment.
• Proven experience designing and implementing leadership and employee development programs.
• Strong experience in Training Needs Analysis and learning intervention design.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of sustainable learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with Operations, HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and measure impact.
• Design leadership, functional, behavioral, and professional development programs.
• Establish L&D frameworks, standards, and processes; drive a culture of continuous learning.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging L&D practices; develop learning journeys and IDPs.
• Develop leadership academies, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Measure learning effectiveness with dashboards and reporting; track progress and outcomes.
