Dyninno Philippines Inc. in Cebu invites an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals. As a strategic advisor and employee advocate, you will work with leaders to drive engagement, retention, and organizational change.

You will lead initiatives across partnership, development, and performance, coaching teams, monitoring KPIs, and promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture in a dynamic international group.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Industrial Relations, Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration or related.
• 2–3 years experience in people management or leadership roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law.
