Job summary

Dyninno Philippines Inc. in Cebu seeks a Senior HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR leadership, aligning people initiatives with business goals and employee engagement.

You will lead HR functions, drive HR digital transformation, HRIS implementation, and process automation, and partner with senior leaders to deliver data-driven, employee-centered HR services. This role also focuses on governance, talent management, and a high-level HR operations mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial or senior leadership.
• Experience in HRIS implementation, optimization, integration, or HR tech projects.
• Experience in HR process automation, workflow redesign, and HR digital transformation.
• Experience translating HR requirements into system and technology solutions.
• Experience in a BPO, shared services, travel, or high-volume environment preferred.
