Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Training and/or Sales Management in a similar industry.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in training design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver coaching, upskilling, and learning outcomes.
• Design training classes and materials for BPI AIA's products.
• Align training programs with organizational outcomes.
• Evaluate post-learning performance and improve offerings.
• Lead engagement projects and respond to changes in direction.
