Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking a Training and Sales Management professional to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for BPI AIA partnerships, mentor coaches, and ensure measurable impact. You will collaborate with channel heads, align efforts with strategic goals, and stay abreast of industry trends to continuously improve learning offerings.

The role requires leadership experience, strong facilitation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on analytics and program

Qualifications

Graduate of any communication or business-related course.
At least 4 years in Training and/or Sales Management in a similar industry.
Minimum of 2 years management experience.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in training design.

Responsibilities

Analyze needs with stakeholders and design training plans and materials.
Prioritize and schedule training initiatives to meet business objectives.
Apply instructional design theories and create learner-centered experiences.
Mentor co-trainers and deliver programs with clear outcomes for target customers.
Evaluate post-learning performance and use analytics to improve offerings.
Lead and support distribution workstreams and stay updated on Bancassurance strategy and trends.
