Manulife Director, US Retirement Operations leads the strategic direction, operational performance, and talent development for the US Sponsor Onboarding and Third Party Services functions. You will ensure exceptional service, risk management, and strong stakeholder partnerships across global teams.

Lead a high-performing organization, oversee regulatory compliance and financial performance, and drive transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Retirement Operations or related field.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Experience leading large-scale operations, service delivery, and transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the strategic roadmap for US Sponsor Onboarding and Third Party Services, aligning with objectives and goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, service delivery, workforce planning, and financial performance with regulatory compliance.
• Build, develop, and mentor leaders and teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with US-based stakeholders and senior leaders to drive business outcomes and client relationships.
• Lead process improvement, transformation, and change management to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor business performance through KPIs and reporting, proactively managing risks and audits.
