Qualifications

• Minimum five to eight years of experience in operational risk management, internal controls, audit, or related governance.
• Solid understanding of core insurance operational processes.
• Experience in a global or regional role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute core elements of the Operational Risk Management Framework across assigned units.
• Support and complete RCSAs, identifying key risks and controls.
• Lead audit engagements and coordinate evidence collection with business leads.
• Respond to audit findings with corrective action plans and remediation tracking.
• Perform control testing and report results with risk-based recommendations.
• Maintain awareness of risk or control issues from incidents and audits.
• Prepare materials for senior audiences and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
• Support projects impacting risk or control environments and monitor remediation progress.
• Develop operational risk metrics, dashboards, and management reporting.
