Qualifications

• 10+ years in Retirement Operations or Financial Services Operations with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record leading large-scale operations, service delivery, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing operational KPIs, financial targets, risk and compliance, across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic roadmap for US Sponsor Onboarding and Third Party Services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, service delivery, workforce planning, and financial performance.
• Mentor leaders, drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with US stakeholders to drive outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and enable operational excellence.
