Job summary

Manulife is seeking a strategic leader to head an Operations group, driving world-class service while mitigating risk within the financial services domain. You will oversee day-to-day operations, align processes with regulatory requirements, and guide a growth-focused management pool.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, review metrics, and lead enterprise initiatives, shaping a resilient and client-centric organization in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 2–5 years of management experience.
• 5–10 years industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial services industry and/or regulations.
• Demonstrated passion for providing client centric solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and presence.
• Ability to develop partnerships and gain consensus.
• Ability to manage and implement complex projects.
• Strong Analytical and risk assessment skills.
• Attention to detail.
