Manulife seeks a Director of US Retirement Operations to steer strategic direction, performance, and talent development for US Sponsor Onboarding and Third Party Services. You will align with global teams, ensure risk and regulatory compliance, and partner with senior leaders to deliver client-focused outcomes.

You will build high-performing teams, drive process improvements, and manage key metrics while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Retirement Ops or financial services operations with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading large-scale operations, service delivery, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong KPI, risk, and compliance management across global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic roadmap for US Sponsor Onboarding and Third Party Services.
• Oversee daily operations, service delivery, workforce planning, and financial performance.
• Mentor leaders and teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with US stakeholders and senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
• Lead process transformation and change management for efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage risks, audits, and operational issues.
