Job summary

Right Fit Advisors is seeking an Implementation Manager-turned-Customer Success lead to own 10–15 lab accounts after handoff from Implementation. You will manage relationships, renewals, and day-to-day operations, running regular business reviews for top labs while maintaining lighter touch for others.

You will own escalations, set realistic timelines, and translate customer requests into actionable requirements with business analysts, ensuring sustainable service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar customer-facing role in B2B software.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort managing multiple accounts with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary lifecycle owner for 10–15 lab accounts after handoff from Implementation.
• Maintain regular business reviews with top labs and lighter touch for others.
