Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services within SaaS.
• Proven experience managing enterprise accounts with retention and growth.
• Executive presence to engage senior stakeholders.
• Deep experience with Gainsight and Salesforce, incl. health management.
• SaaS metrics: ARR, GRR, NRR, churn.
• Strong project management to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationships.
• Experience in regulated industries is a strong advantage.
• MBA or Bachelor's degree in business/tech; MBA is an advantage.
