Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, improve performance, and support future workforce needs. The role goes beyond training administration, partnering with leaders to develop people and drive business outcomes.

You will design and implement learning solutions across technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership domains, align interventions with priorities, and monitor impact on performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, organizational development, talent management, performance management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in training needs analysis, learning program design, facilitation, and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of performance management, competency development, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with department heads and managers.
• Develop learning interventions aligned with business priorities and competency needs.
• Design and implement programs covering technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership development.
• Monitor training completion, effectiveness, and application of learning in the workplace.
• Manage the organization’s performance management cycle, including goal setting and reviews.
• Partner with managers to address performance gaps through coaching and development plans.
• Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and organizational development initiatives.
• Analyze performance results and identify opportunities for capability building.
• Lead workforce readiness initiatives and competency development planning.
• Work with leaders to identify critical skills for current and future requirements.
• Serve as a trusted SME on learning, performance, competency, and people development.
• Support leadership development and talent initiatives to strengthen internal pipelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in learning and people development practices.
