Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Training and Development Manager to lead the organization’s L&D function. You will design, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve learning initiatives that boost employee capability and organizational performance.

You will oversee the complete training lifecycle using the ADDIE model, ensuring competency-based, measurable interventions aligned with business goals. You will serve as the SME in instructional design, adult learning, leadership development, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM/related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years in Learning and Development.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating corporate learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis using competency assessments and data.
• Lead ADDIE-based instructional design process from analysis to evaluation.
• Create facilitator guides, learner manuals, workbooks, courses, and assessments.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs.
• Manage LMS implementation, configuration, and user support.
• Create leadership development frameworks and succession programs.
• Develop learning programs that improve sales performance.
• Mentor Training Officers, Learning Specialists, and Facilitators.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability requirements and build stakeholder relationships.
