Job summary

International SOS group in Metro Manila (Pasig) is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs that build capability across the organization and elevate customer service performance.

You will partner with Operations leaders to localize content, implement coaching initiatives, and measure impact through assessments and metrics while supporting learning administration and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of consecutive experience in training delivery and facilitation.
• Experience in training needs analysis, curriculum development, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in customer service, contact center, or healthcare/travel/insurance ops preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies.
• Train-the-Trainer or Learning & Development certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire, refresher, cross-functional, and ongoing learning programs.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and localize training materials and resources; partner with Ops leaders.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure impact with assessments and metrics.
• Support eLearning administration, learning records management, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in assessment centers and trainer calibration projects.
