Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Key Account Specialist to deepen relationships with strategic clients in your region. You will lead in-person and virtual meetings to understand needs and present tailored product solutions that drive value and performance.

You will coordinate bids, tenders and contracts, expand the customer portfolio, and work with internal teams to ensure value delivery. This role requires strong presentation skills, relationship building and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Ability to prepare and present customer proposals and presentations clearly and effectively.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (typically 3+).

Responsibilities

Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and prospective customers to build the portfolio.
Monitor customer activity and requirements to ensure continued value creation.
Execute strategies to expand the customer base and portfolio within defined geographic locations.
Interface between the customer and the business, coordinating with internal departments to align operations and create value.
Manage and execute bids, tenders and contract negotiations.
Identify new sales opportunities and partnerships in the market.
Network with industry players and attend events to understand markets and customers.
Solve moderately complex issues independently with escalation for complex cases.
