Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Account Executive/Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients in the Philippines. You will understand client needs and propose technology solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities include developing account plans, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering regular client reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, B2B Sales, or a related role.
• Experience in the Enterprise/Education/Academe/Technology industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Develop account plans and identify opportunities for account growth and additional business.
• Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and overall account performance.
• Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
• Address and resolve client concerns and serve as the point of contact for account-related issues.
• Conduct regular client business reviews and provide updates on account performance and opportunities.
• Stay updated on technology trends and industry developments relevant to clients.
• Prepare account reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.
• Ensure that client requirements, company policies, and applicable security and compliance standards are properly addressed.
