Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Key Accounts Supervisor – Retail to manage and grow retail key accounts such as Landers, WalterMart, SM, Metro, and others. You will drive sales growth, expand product distribution, ensure account servicing, and execute commercial programs across assigned partners.

You will be the primary contact for retail partners, coordinating with Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of sales or key accounts experience, preferably in FMCG, food, or retail.
• Experience handling modern trade, supermarkets, hypermarkets, or major retail accounts is a plus.
• Strong commercial, sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical ability and basic financial acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with assigned retail key accounts.
• Develop account plans and sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor sales performance by account and product, recommending corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for new product listings, increased distribution, and account expansion.
• Lead account presentations, business reviews, negotiations, and coordination of account requirements.
• Negotiate and manage promotions, discounts, and trade programs while protecting profitability.
• Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns within assigned accounts.
• Monitor inventory, product availability, replenishment, merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to fulfill orders and resolve issues.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and promotional evaluations for management.
• Monitor orders, deliveries, and account-related documentation to ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with Finance on receivables, deductions, and claims.
• Supervise sales coordinators and merchandisers for store-level execution.
• Conduct regular market and store visits to assess execution and opportunities.
• Manage key account projects with milestones, timelines, and quality standards.
