Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a regional Brand Strategy & Marketing Manager to support regional brand planning, analytics and campaigns across markets. You will work with country teams and cross-functional partners to grow brand presence and performance.

You will translate regional guidelines into practical tools, monitor performance across markets, and help identify growth opportunities and risks with insights from consumer trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational consumer, consumer healthcare, or pharmaceutical company.
• Experience in cross-functional projects or regional initiatives is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support regional brand strategy, performance analytics, campaigns, and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with country teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive brand growth.
• Develop and implement regional brand strategies and annual plans for country teams.
• Monitor brand performance, dashboards, and growth opportunities across markets.
• Coordinate regional campaigns and cross-market projects and timelines.
• Work with Innovation, Regulatory, Medical, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
