Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking an experienced Key Accounts Digital Manager to drive online sales growth and expand presence across e‑commerce platforms in the Philippines. You will manage digital accounts, optimize product listings, pricing, and campaigns to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

The role focuses on electronics, gaming products, mobile devices, accessories, and other consumer tech, coordinating with marketing, purchasing, and logistics to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, key account management, digital sales, or consumer electronics distribution.
• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other online retail platforms.
• Background in mobile phones, gaming consoles, electronics, or technology accessories is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace operations, digital merchandising, and promotional mechanics.
• Solid commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of pricing and gross margin management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with major e‑commerce platforms and digital retailers.
• Develop annual account plans, sales forecasts, and joint business plans.
• Negotiate terms, promotions, platform visibility, and marketing opportunities.
• Monitor listings, pricing, inventory, assortment, and online merchandising.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual online sales targets.
• Coordinate platform campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and discounts.
• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, logistics, finance, and customer service teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account reviews, and business performance updates.
• Analyze GMV, net sales, conversion rates, traffic, and campaign performance.
