Job summary

TEVIANT is a forward-thinking marketing and communications firm seeking an Ecommerce Manager to drive growth of online channels from its San Juan City office in Metro Manila. You will own end-to-end ecommerce strategies, optimize listings, pricing, campaigns, and the customer experience across major platforms.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and logistics to propel analytics, conversion improvements, inventory control, and vendor partnerships for measurable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce management, digital marketing or related roles.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee), and digital sales channels.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and ecommerce analytics platforms.
• Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination within an ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and market share.
• Manage and optimise product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across ecommerce platforms.
• Monitor ecommerce performance metrics, analytics, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels across online channels.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted digital campaigns and promotional content.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy and positioning.
• Optimise user experience and conversion rates on ecommerce platforms through testing and refinement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, operations, and customer service functions.
• Generate reports and insights to inform business decisions and present findings to senior stakeholders.
