Job summary

Vision Express Philippines is seeking an Ecommerce Key Accounts Specialist - Digital Sales to drive brand growth across online channels including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and Zalora. You will coordinate with multiple departments to conceptualize promotions, execute campaigns, and secure favorable product placements while monitoring GMV targets.

The role involves analyzing sales trends, presenting monthly reviews, and negotiating discounts with platforms to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in business, management, economics or finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce retail and account management on platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora.
• Strong data analytics background and ability to present findings in reviews.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Tiktok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora).
• Strategize, conceptualize, implement and monitor online promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day platform operations including stock and pricing monitoring.
• Analyze sales trends per platform and allocate stocks, SKUs, and marketing budget.
• Review monthly/quarterly performance with internal teams and adjust strategies.
• Prepare WIGS and other sales/operational reports.
• Negotiate with platforms on brand/product placements and features.
• Assist Fulfillment and Customer Service teams with platform-related concerns.
• Handle other relevant responsibilities as assigned.
