Avid Sports Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to maintain and expand strategic partnerships across the region.

You will develop robust Key Account plans, oversee contract activities, and drive the execution of the company’s sales strategy with regular performance reviews and monthly reporting to senior leadership. The role requires coordinating with Key Account partners, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely execution of standards and processes to maximize revenue and

Responsibilities

Maintain current Key Account partners and develop new Key Account partners.
Create and optimize Key Account related policies, standards and processes to ensure development of Key Account business.
Draft Key Account Plan based on company strategic plan and executing it strictly.
Achieve Key Account yearly sales target.
Regularly review Key Account pools, evaluating current Key Account performance on a monthly, quarterly and yearly cycle.
Draft Monthly sales report for Key Account, performing analyses and reporting to Country GM.
Assist Key Account partners who intend to join Wilson business with market and business plan.
Responsible for Key Account contract drafts, negotiations, signing and audit.
Responsible for the execution of Key Account management standards.
Track Key Accounts intending to join Wilson business, maintain Key Account resources, develop high-quality potential partners and close deals.
Regularly coordinate with Key Account partners, maintaining good relationships.
