Job summary

Ishkaster Media in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Account Manager to manage and grow high-value client relationships in the Modern Trade Channel and other assigned accounts. You will drive revenue growth, ensure client satisfaction, and align activities with the country business plan.

You will secure placements, build client trust, identify tailored solutions, collaborate with internal teams, and forecast revenue while staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Marketing knowledge and market awareness.
• Experience in Consumer Goods/FMCG industry and Modern Trade channel preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good command of English, computer-literate, and social media skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure placement of products or services in the modern trade account.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Identify and provide tailored solutions to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Drive account growth by identifying new business opportunities.
• Track account performance metrics and forecast future revenue.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Conduct sales presentations and pitch solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• All plans must align with and obtain approval from the Country Manager and Owners, adhering to the approved business plan.
