Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, or Solution Selling.
• Good understanding of Software Application Systems, SDLC, Software Development, SaaS, Cloud Solutions, APIs, System Integration, or Enterprise Applications.
• Experience selling IT services such as Custom Software Development, Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation solutions is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into solution proposals.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for client meetings when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Promote the company's software solutions, including custom software development, application modernization, system integration, cloud solutions, and staff augmentation services.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations in coordination with technical and project teams.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Manage the sales pipeline, monitor opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with solution architects, developers, and project managers during pre-sales activities.
• Negotiate contracts and support the successful closing of business deals.
• Stay updated on technology trends, software solutions, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
