Job summary

TRT Global Solutions in the Philippines seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to position TRT as the low-risk partner for IT server storage and networking solutions.

You will own end-to-end sales, manage client engagements from initial contact to closing, and work with a telesales partner to meet weekly prospecting benchmarks. This role requires strong relationship skills and target-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Well-organized and able to quickly expedite a complex sales process.
• Genuine interest in providing technically complex solutions.
• Quickly grasps IT solutions services or products for effective sales engagement.
• Excellent numeracy, literacy and problem-solving skills.
• High level of Emotional Intelligence and motivation to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Position TRT to prospective clients as the low-risk partner in IT server storage and networking solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI responses, multi-day client workshops, RFP submissions, negotiations, and deal signing.
• Prospecting activities with a Telesales – Lead Generation Associate to meet weekly benchmarks.
• Build rapport through the buying process and qualify new business opportunities.
