Job summary

InnovaThink Corporation in Manila is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to governance and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT project management experience and deep knowledge of servers, networks, Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of IT/infrastructure project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, AD, virtualization, cloud).
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.
