Job summary

HANDLINK, INC. is hiring an Account Manager – IT Solutions in the Philippines. The role focuses on building and maintaining long-term client relationships, managing assigned accounts, and driving IT solution delivery aligned with client needs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or Account Management, with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Knowledge of digital marketing and IT products is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or Account Management.
• Knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic-thinking, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of IT products and solutions is an advantage.
• Results-oriented with strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to meet sales targets and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize business opportunities and profitability.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any business-related course
