Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate them into clear specifications for internal IT teams and vendors.

You will support enterprise applications end-to-end from planning through testing, documentation, and post-go-live support. You should have 5+ years in business analysis or IT project delivery, with experience in relevant industries and familiarity with Agile,

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, IT project delivery, or IT service management.
Experience in retail, mall operations, commercial real estate, or related industries is a strong plus.
Solid exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management frameworks.
Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PMP/CAPM, ITIL, Agile/Scrum) are preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage stakeholders to document business requirements and map processes.
Translate requirements into precise technical specifications for developers and vendors.
Lead end-to-end testing cycles to ensure systems meet acceptance criteria.
Partner with IT project managers to define timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
