The candidate will lead IT teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance while driving digital transformation and resilience across multiple entities. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT management roles, preferably in multi-brand environments.
• Strong IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, cloud and security.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with brand growth objectives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems and networks across brand entities.
• Lead IT teams with mentorship, performance management and development.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement and vendor relationships for cost-effective tech solutions.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, security protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Identify emerging technologies to boost operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
• Provide strategic technical guidance to senior leadership and brand management.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning across systems.
• Monitor IT performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives.
