Job summary

FC Home Center is seeking an IT Manager to develop and implement the company IT strategy, oversee daily IT operations, and lead a team of 4–8 IT staff in Manila. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and cybersecurity expertise, with responsibilities spanning vendor management, policy development, and cross-department IT support.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in IT, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role, and hands-on experience with Windows Server/AD, VMware/Hyper-V, Cisco

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven IT Manager or similar leadership experience.
• 5–7 years in IT roles with 2–3 years in supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server/AD, VMware/Hyper-V, Cisco networking, ERP systems, cloud platforms, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the IT strategy and policies.
• Oversee daily IT operations: networks, hardware, software, and security.
• Manage IT support services and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Lead and mentor IT staff including recruitment and performance management.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and security.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and cybersecurity best practices.
• Collaborate with departments to support IT needs.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relations, and procurement of tech resources.
• Monitor system performance and apply upgrades and maintenance.
