Job summary

JATHNIER CORPORATION in Davao City seeks an experienced IT leader to oversee the company’s IT systems, servers, networks, hardware, and software. You will manage physical and virtual servers, configure and monitor them, and ensure security and availability of critical data.

You will lead the IT team, develop policies, implement security protocols, coordinate backups and disaster recovery, and evaluate new technologies to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s IT systems, servers, networks, hardware, and software.
• Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers, including server configuration, monitoring, backups, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper server security, access control, data protection, and system availability.
• Manage and supervise the IT team and daily technical operations.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, server, network, and system issues.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and prevent system downtime.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve business operations.
• Manage IT projects, vendors, licenses, and technology-related budgets.
• Provide technical support and guidance to different departments.
